Initial Phase

DOMAIN IMMERSION & ARCHITECTURE PLANNING

MetaworldX operates across a vast and complex landscape - critical infrastructure, public health & safety, Smart Buildings, Smart Cities, and more. Before writing a single line of code, we embedded ourselves in their domain, aligned technical goals with business reality, and created a blueprint of a system capable of handling the full complexity of what they were building.

Second Phase

DATA PIPELINE & AI INFRASTRUCTURE

The core challenge was taming heterogeneous data at scale. We built an agnostic data ingestion engine capable of pulling from IoT streams, building management systems, weather feeds, databases, and cloud aggregators - simultaneously. On top of that foundation, we trained predictive models and conversational AI systems that transformed raw data into actionable intelligence.

Third Phase

BACKEND DEVELOPMENT & SECURITY

With the data layer proven, we started developing the backend - 100+ APIs, real-time data stream connections, authentication modules, and comprehensive security reviews. Every component was built for speed, stability, and the seamless experience MetaworldX's clients demanded. API latency brought down to as low as 35ms.

Final Phase

DEPLOYMENT, MONITORING & ONGOING MAINTENANCE

We containerized, orchestrated, and deployed the entire system on AWS - then stayed in the picture. Continuous monitoring, security upkeep, and rapid response ensured the platform remained stable and trusted across every client-facing interaction. Cloud infrastructure costs reduced by almost 75% through architectural refactoring.
